J+G E-Pics at Wingaersheek Beach Share
Seriously, a foot of snow on the ground and it keeps on falling. If you are dreaming of warmer weather, than take a moment to escape by viewing these pictures from J+G's engagement session.

We had a fantastic time Wingaersheek Beach in Gloucester. It was late summer and we wanted to enjoy every second knowing that the summer was drawing to a close.

J&G are a very playful couple! They had a wonderful time often forgetting we were photographing them.

She has the best smile!

J+D at Veronique and the Old South Church Share
J+D began 2009 surrounded with love and laughter at their wedding in the first days of January. It was an international affair with guests traveling from Europe and South America to celebrate with them.

The ceremony has held in the intimate Gordon Chapel in the Old South Church which created a cozy atmosphere despite the bitter cold outside.

Then off to their reception at Ballroom Veronique in Brookline. Jen was an absolute sweetheart and was willing to brave the frigid temperatures for some outside photographs. We love the warm glow illuminating from the windows.

The Club Room at Ballroom Veronique features Tudor architecture and hand carved details in the wooden paneling.

A bird's eye view of the guests enjoying their dinner. The food is always spectacular at Veronique and the sister properties: The State Room and Belle Mer.

Jen's Dad beamed throughout his dance with his girl! Actually, he was beaming the entire day!

Jen was absolutely stunning that evening. This picture is reminiscent of 1940's Hollywood glamor.

Stealing a few private moments on the staircase.

Jen and Dan, thank you for the great honor of photographing your wedding! We enjoyed each and every moment. - Karen & Chris

Mystical Photography Share
We just returned from an amazing photography seminar in Mystic, Connecticut called appropriately enough Mystic IV. It's the brainchild of Walter van Dusen, a CT based wedding photographer and all around cool guy. Being winter in New England, it snowed on both our trip down back, but the bit in between made it all worth while. Photographic big hitters like David Murray, George Weir, Michelle Turner and San Francisco based Ben Chrisman shared their favorite photographs and the stories behind them.
We enjoyed having a few days to focus 100% on the art of photography. It feeds our artistic and creative sides and we try to fit in mini-breaks several times a year.

Better one or better two? Share
Welcome to the new and dramatically improved Kieltyka Brown Photography Blog. Chris and I are so excited about relaunching our blog which features a fresh and whimsical design to compliment our new logo and website (more to come on that in a future post). Chris created the blog himself using CSS, a web technical language, which is completely lost on me. This I do know, I'm so blessed to have a partner who is an amazing photographer and a technical genius. Our name for the new blog is V 2.0. We'll be using the blog to share images from the beautiful weddings we photograph together and the children's portrait sessions which always make me laugh. It's our hope that by sharing our life together, you will come to get to know us better. So, stayed tuned for some amazing photographs! - Karen
